Schedule:

• Day Shift, 12-hour shifts
• Bi-weekly pay schedule
• Every other weekend required
• Floating as needed to similar units
• Holiday coverage as needed

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 2 years stroke/neuro experience (3 years preferred)
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications and a passing EKG test (required at submission)
• Willingness to float
• Strong adaptability and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-centered care in the med-surg/telemetry unit
• Monitor, assess, and implement individualized care plans for stroke/neuro patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Float to similar units as needed for census and acuity
• Maintain high professional standards and remain current with unit protocols
