This role is ideally suited for experienced Registered Nurses with a passion for caring for medical/surgical adult inpatientsspecifically those needing orthopedic, neuro-surgical, and level 1 trauma care. By working in this dynamic setting, youll enhance your clinical skills and be exposed to the best practices in patient safety, zero-harm initiatives, and leadership philosophies from diverse healthcare teams. Schedule/Hours:
- Travel/Contract position with variable shifts (details provided during interview)
Qualifications:
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- 1+ year recent experience in medical/surgical nursing
- Hands-on experience with orthopedic, neuro-surgical, or trauma patients preferred
- BLS certification (required)
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to medical/surgical adult inpatients
- Prioritize patient safety and zero-harm protocols
- Elevate patient experience through pain management, bedside hand-off, and proactive rounding
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality care
