As a Registered Nurse in the Medical-Surgical setting, you will play a vital part in supporting patients during their hospital stay, adapting to varying levels of patient acuity, and working alongside a collaborative team. Schedule:
- Every other weekend (EOW) required
- Every other holiday (EOH) required
Key Qualifications:
- Valid RN license
- Strong background in Medical-Surgical nursing
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to participate in intermittent charge responsibilities after appropriate training/shadowing
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement patient care based on individual needs
- Administer medications and treatments with attention to safety and accuracy
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Take intermittent charge as assigned, following training and shadowing opportunities
