Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions
• Monitor, assess, and document patient progress and implement appropriate interventions
• Administer medications, manage IV lines, and support post-operative care
• Educate patients and their families about conditions, treatments, and continued care needs
• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of one year recent experience in Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) nursing
• Proficient clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Strong communication and patient advocacy abilities
• BLS certification required; further specialty certifications a plus
