Provide exceptional patient care in a medical-surgical (MS) nursing setting, working alongside a collaborative healthcare team in a dynamic hospital environment. Qualifications & Experience:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of one year experience in a medical-surgical (MS) nursing role preferred
- Current BLS certification (additional certifications such as ACLS are a plus)
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, team-driven environments
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care to medical-surgical patients
- Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions and progress
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare staff to coordinate comprehensive care
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, procedures, and continued care plans
- Maintain accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
