Schedule/Hours:

• Contract-based assignment
• Specific shifts and schedules will be discussed during the interview process

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Experience in a Medical-Surgical (MS) setting strongly preferred
• Excellent clinical assessment, documentation, and patient advocacy skills
• Collaborative team orientation and strong communication abilities
• BLS certification required; additional certifications highly valued

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to a diverse population of medical-surgical patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and ensure patient safety
• Coordinate with physicians, other nurses, and interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on post-acute care instructions and wellness strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information and care provided
• Uphold infection control protocols and adhere to hospital policies and procedures
