Qualifications:
- Active Illinois RN license required
- BLS certification required
- ACLS and PALS certifications preferred (as you may encounter pediatric patients)
- At least one year of recent Med Surg nursing experience preferred
- Passion for quality patient care and teamwork
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care on the Medical Surgical floor
- Monitor and assess adult and occasional pediatric patients
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary medical teams
- Provide patient education and support to families
