Key Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Recent experience in a Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing setting
- Strong clinical assessment and patient management abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary environment
- Proficient documentation and electronic health record (EHR) skills
- Current BLS certification
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients with diverse medical and surgical needs
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and report significant changes promptly
- Administer medications and monitor treatment effectiveness
- Provide education to patients and families regarding conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care
- Ensure thorough and timely documentation in the EHR system
- Participate actively in care planning and interdisciplinary rounds
- Maintain infection control and safety protocols at all times
