Experienced Registered Nurses specializing in Medical-Surgical (RN-MS) are needed for an immediate contract opportunity. Key Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Medical-Surgical nursing setting

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in electronic health records and medical documentation
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Adaptability in fast-paced, patient-focused settings
Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time contract position

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to adult patients with diverse medical and surgical needs
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses
- Collaborate closely with physicians, case managers, and allied health professionals
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and post-discharge care
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records according to facility policies
- Uphold safety and infection control protocols at all times
