Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 p.m. 7:30 a.m.
- Every other weekend (EOW) required
Qualifications:
- Active RN license (unencumbered, with eligibility to practice in IA)
- Minimum of 1 year recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience
- Current BLS certification, additional certifications a plus
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care to diverse adult populations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Accurately document assessments, treatments, and patient progress
- Administer medications, monitor patient status, and respond to changes in condition
- Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and discharge instructions
