Deliver essential nursing care in a dynamic 29-bed Med Surg unit located in Derry, NH, offering a supportive environment with a 6:1 patient ratio and access to LNA support. This contract opportunity requires a dedicated Registered Nurse with acute care experience and proficiency in dysrhythmia management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality bedside nursing care adhering to safety rounding and bedside care conference protocols.
• Utilize advanced clinical skills with equipment such as PCA pumps, IV pumps, and telemetry.
• Document patient information accurately using the Meditech Expanse system.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team while adhering to unit policies and standards.
• Flexibility to float to other units as needed.
• Maintain required certifications including BLS and ACLS.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current RN license and at least one year of acute care nursing experience.
• Proficient in dysrhythmia recognition and management.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Comfortable working without a unit secretary but with LNA support.
• Professional appearance with clean, unrestricted scrubs.

Schedule:

• Every other weekend required.
