Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- At least one year of recent Medical Surgical (MS) experience preferred
- Proficiency with Cerner OneChart EHR system or willingness to learn
- Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills
- Current BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients on a medical-surgical unit
- Perform comprehensive and focused assessments, administer medications, and document care in Cerner OneChart EHR
- Support patients and families, educating them on care plans and recovery processes
- Respond to changes in patient conditions promptly and effectively
- Foster a positive, efficient, and safe work environment
