Schedule/Hours:
- Full time travel assignment
- Required to float within regional facilities as needed (within your scope)
Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 18 months Med/Surg Telemetry experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Proficiency in general Med/Tele skills including stroke care & NIH assessments, chest tube management, IV/PIV skills, trach care, cardiac rhythm interpretation, NGT placement, drain/tube management (Dobhoff, PEG, Hemovac, JP drains, foley), medication gtt management (cardiac drips, heparin, blood products, IVF)
- Familiarity with EMR (Epic), IV pumps (Alaris), Omnicell, and Philips monitors
- Open to floating within regional facilities as assigned
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-quality nursing care to complex MedSurg/Tele patients (stroke, COPD, chest pain, GI bleed, AMS)
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, implement appropriate interventions
- Administer medications and manage cardiac and heparin drips, blood products, and IV fluids
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including CNAs, respiratory therapists, hospitalists, and telemetry techs
- Participate in a supportive orientation and ongoing education to integrate smoothly into new settings
- Flexibly float to various facilities within the region, contributing to care wherever needed

$1,579 - $1,728/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
