Step into a dynamic MedSurg/Tele setting with 27 beds (average daily census of 20), where youll work alongside supportive nursing teams, CNAs, 24/7 respiratory therapists, hospitalists, and skilled ancillary staff. Develop versatile proficiency with technologies like Epic EMR, Alaris IV pumps, Omnicell medication systems, and Philips monitors. Schedule & Hours

• Traveler required to float among regional facilities as needed and per scope of practice
• Paid for time spent traveling if floating mid-shift

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid RN license
• At least 18 months of MedSurg/Tele experience (first-time travelers considered)
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Med/Tele skillset including: stroke/NIH assessments, cardiac rhythm interpretation, chest tube & trach care, PIV starts, NGT placements and advanced drain/tube management, medication titration (cardiac drips, heparin, blood products, IVF)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a patient ratio of 1:5-6 (possible up to 1:7-8 with surge staffing)
• Deliver high-quality nursing care for patients with diagnoses such as stroke, COPD, GI bleeds, and chest pain
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a team-first culture
• Float to other regional facilities as clinical demands require
