Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and valid RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing
• BLS certification required; additional certifications are advantageous
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and patient-advocacy skills
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care to a diverse MS patient population
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
