Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide exemplary care within a dynamic Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) unit. The Med Surg unit presents diverse cases, allowing you to expand your clinical expertise while making a meaningful difference for patients undergoing acute and post-surgical treatments.

Key Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Proven experience in Medical-Surgical nursing
• Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care independently
• Proficient in medical documentation and electronic health records
• Skilled in medication administration, wound care, and patient education
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to teamwork and collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and individualized nursing care to Med Surg patients
• Monitor patient conditions, recognize early complications, and initiate appropriate interventions
• Coordinate care plans in alignment with physician directives and facility protocols
• Administer prescribed medications and therapies with attention to patient safety
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation
• Educate patients and families about recovery, discharge instructions, and ongoing care needs
• Participate in shift change reports and maintain effective communication with the healthcare team

$1,888 - $1,997/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
