Experience the world of Med-Surg nursing through a travel role on the night shift (3x12s) with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. As a Registered Nurse on this team, you'll enhance your clinical proficiency and adaptability by working alongside varied teams and participating in cross-departmental collaboration.
Schedule/Hours:
- Nights, three 12-hour shifts per week
- Guaranteed 36 hours weekly
- Weekend and call requirements as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive patient care using the nursing process
- Uphold professional accountability for all care provided
- Assess and support the effectiveness of care by team members
- Coordinate patient care with other departments
- Safeguard patient rights and confidentiality
- Maintain conduct and performance aligned with mission and service standards
- Support float requirements as needed within the facility
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license and BLS certification required
- Minimum 4 years of Med-Surg nursing experience
- Ability to float as needed
- Experience with Epic EMR
- Professionalism in both practice and appearancescrub color is black
- ACLS certification preferred
