Schedule/Hours:
- 7PM 7AM
- Full Time
- Every other weekend required
- No blocked scheduling
- On call only if flexed off
- No floating
Key Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in state of employment or compact
- BLS certification required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in medical-surgical nursing specialty preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate independently, providing both routine and complex nursing care
- Use nursing process to assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care
- Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
- Administer medications and treatments using appropriate protocols
- Accurately document patient history, symptoms, and care interventions
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers based on individual learning needs
- Delegate and assign tasks to support clinical outcomes
