This is a contract position located in Cordova, TN, working within a Level I Trauma Center renowned for handling complex cases in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Registered Nurse licensed in compliance with NLC guidelines (no pending licenses)
• Minimum two years of recent experience in Medical-Surgical nursing
• Previous experience in a large hospital setting
• Level I Trauma center experience required
• Travel nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work in a team nursing model with a patient ratio of 1:6 or 1:7

Responsibilities and Work Schedule:

• Provide skilled nursing care on a medical-surgical unit within a Level I Trauma Center
• Utilize a team nursing model to ensure efficient and effective patient care
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards
• Understand and respond to level I trauma cases with precision and calm
• Night shift schedule: 4x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
• Weekend and on-call requirements as needed; weekend blocks may be considered subject to discussion

Additional Details:

• Strict adherence to a 100-mile radius travel requirement (local candidates outside this range will not be accepted)
• All requested return-to-office (RTO) information must be provided upfront no late submissions
• No first-time medical-surgical nurses; experience is non-negotiable
