A registered nurse with recent medical-surgical experience is sought for a contract position in Collierville, TN, at a Level I Trauma Center. This role requires strong clinical skills in a fast-paced acute care environment, working the night shift on a 4x12-hour schedule. A minimum of two years of recent RN experience on medical-surgical units is mandatory. Experienced trauma care and large hospital settings are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current RN licensure compliant with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) guidelines
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a medical-surgical RN; strictly enforced
• Experience working in a Level I Trauma Center or similar acute care setting
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Ability to function effectively within a team nursing model, managing a patient ratio of 1:6-7
• No exceptions made for first-time nurses or pending licenses
• Must adhere to strict 100-mile radius rule for local candidates

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care during 12-hour night shifts (7 pm to 7 am)
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement appropriate care plans
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and trauma center standards
• Participate in on-call and weekend coverage as needed
• Support and engage in team nursing model to ensure efficient patient management
