Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment with variable shifts
What youll do:
- Deliver thorough, compassionate nursing care to assigned medical-surgical patients by following established care standards and the nursing process
- Oversee, direct, and mentor nursing staff at varying levels
- Coordinate care and communicate effectively with allied health and support teams
- Employ critical thinking and utilize professional discretion to address patient needs
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes promptly and accurately
- Maintain up-to-date compliance with all regulations and best practices

- Two or more years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
