Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active RN license required
- Demonstrated experience in Medical-Surgical nursing (RN-MS), including caring for oncology, observation, hospice, and surgical/medical patients
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to direct and supervise co-workers to ensure high standards of patient care
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans
- Implement and document patient care based on established policies and nursing process
- Evaluate patient outcomes and update care plans accordingly
- Delegate aspects of patient care to unit staff and ensure adherence to quality standards
