Schedule/Hours:
- Shift: 6:30p-7a
- Block scheduling not promised or guaranteed
- Floating required between units as needed
Qualifications/Experience:
- Active NY RN license and all other RN licenses verified via NURSYS
- Minimum 2 years recent Medical-Surgical experience
- Documented travel nursing experience
- EPIC EMR experience
- Up-to-date BLS (AHA) certification
- Skills Checklist matching Medical-Surgical specialty
- Drivers license with current address
- RTO (Requested Time Off) must be declared at submission
Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier care to adult post-surgical patients (abdominal issues, bariatric cases, fractures, etc.)
- Operate IV pumps, N/G tubes, and feeding tubes competently
- Adapt to patient needs across different units as required
- Accurately document care and collaborate using EPIC EMR
- Communicate efficiently with multidisciplinary teams
