This travel opportunity centers on providing dedicated care for adult medical/surgical inpatients, including those in orthopedics, neuro-surgical units, and level 1 trauma settings. Youll actively collaborate within multidisciplinary teams known for advancing zero-harm, championing patient safety, and prioritizing exceptional patient outcomes. Emphasis is placed on enhancing the overall experience through best practices in pain management, proactive rounding, and participation in the bedside hand-off process.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Previous medical-surgical (MS) experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in caring for orthopedic, neuro-surgical, and trauma patients
- Strong commitment to patient safety and compassionate, quality care
- Skill in pain management, proactive rounding, and bedside hand-off
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
