You'll encounter a variety of patient cases and care protocols, enhancing your clinical judgment and resilience. The ratio of 1:4-1:5-1:6 ensures meaningful patient interaction and teamwork, supported by the convenience of hospital-wide Virtual Nurse assistance. Schedule/Hours:
- Every other weekend (EOW)
- Every other holiday (EOH)
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Minimum one year recent experience in med-surg nursing
- Telemetry experience preferred
- Strong assessment, documentation, and patient education skills
- Experience with various EMR platforms is a plus
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care on a busy med-surg/telemetry unit
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimum outcomes
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document care
