Schedule/Hours:
- Rotating weekends and holidays as required
Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license, with MS (Medical-Surgical) nursing experience
- Previous travel or float experience highly preferred
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and documentation abilities
- Capacity to thrive in fast-paced settings with diverse patient populations
- Excellent communication and adaptability skills
- Willingness to participate in charge responsibilities (with training/shadowing provided)
- EOW/EOH (Every Other Weekend/Every Other Holiday) availability required
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, compassionate care to adult medical-surgical patients
- Monitor, assess, and document patient status and responses
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure exemplary patient outcomes
- Participate in charge nurse duties as needed following orientation/training
- Maintain professional standards in compliance with facility and regulatory guidelines
