Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 AM 7:30 PM shifts
- Every third weekend
- Every other holiday
Youll deliver outstanding medical-surgical nursing care, ensuring every patient receives attentive, high-quality support within a collaborative care team. Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- At least one year of recent medical-surgical nursing experience
- BLS certification; additional certifications a plus
- Strong assessment, communication, and clinical documentation skills
- Adaptability within fast-paced, team-driven environments
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, compassionate care to medical-surgical patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to implement care plans
- Acquire, interpret, and record patient data accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Educate patients and families regarding care needs and recovery processes
