Description: Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a travel contract position in Clarksville, TN, specializing in Medical Surgical nursing. This opportunity allows you to explore new challenges while providing compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical unit, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses and reporting any adverse reactions.
  • Provide patient and family education on health maintenance and disease management.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Active RN license in TN.
  • Minimum of one year of recent experience in Med Surg nursing.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from either the AHA/ ARC,
