Required Qualifications:

• Current and active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a Medical-Surgical unit (RN-MS)
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care, performing assessments and interventions based on individualized plans
• Administer medications, monitor for efficacy and side effects, and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Educate patients and families on care plans, treatments, and discharge instructions
• Document all care activities thoroughly and accurately in EHR
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere strictly to facility protocols, safety standards, and infection control policies
