A healthcare role is available for an experienced RN with a strong background in GI Lab and Endoscopy procedures. This position involves supporting a busy GI Lab performing 30-60 cases per day, including colonoscopies and endoscopies. Candidates with additional experience in EUS and ERCPs are highly valued but not required.
Location

Schedule / Hours
- 8-hour day shifts (7:00 AM or 8:00 AM start times)
- 40 hours per week
- Weekends and holidays off
Qualifications / Desired Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in GI Lab, Endoscopy, colonoscopies, and endoscopies
- EUS and ERCP skills are a plus
- Current Illinois RN license
- ACLS certification required
- CPR certification required
- Ability to pass an EKG test with 80% or higher
- Experience with Epic electronic health records
Responsibilities
- Provide expert nursing care during GI endoscopy procedures
- Support 30-60 cases daily with attention to patient safety and comfort
- Adhere to all clinical protocols, including ACLS and procedural guidelines
- Float to assigned nearby locations as needed
