Schedule/Hours
- Day shift: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM
- Choice of 36 or 48 guaranteed hours per week
- 13-week assignment
- Every other weekend as required
Key Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license (eligible or current in Missouri)
- BLS certification (AHA required)
- 1 year of inpatient Med Surg nursing experience
- EPIC EMR familiarity preferred
- ACLS certification preferred
- Strong clinical judgement, adaptability, and interpersonal skills
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver direct, comprehensive nursing care across all age groupsassessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Coordinate patient care across departments, optimizing comfort and outcomes
- Maintain professional accountability and evaluate care effectiveness
- Float to similar/lower acuity units as needed
- Protect patient confidentiality and uphold facility values and standards
