Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of one year of recent medical-surgical nursing experience
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress, identifying and reporting changes in condition
- Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and allied health providers
- Provide patient and family education regarding recovery, discharge plans, and ongoing care
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure compliance with facility policies
