Key Qualifications:

• Valid and unrestricted RN license
• Recent experience in a medical-surgical (MS) nursing environment
• Excellent patient assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Proficiency in coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred
• Reliable and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong commitment to delivering safe, compassionate care

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage patient care from admission through discharge in a fast-paced MS unit
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide ongoing patient assessments
• Collaborate with physicians and allied health staff to develop and update individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on post-acute care instructions and disease management
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Adhere to infection prevention protocols and patient safety guidelines
• Respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions and initiate appropriate interventions
