Responsibilities:
- Assess patients health status and needs
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
- Proven clinical skills in nursing assessment and care planning
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Current CPR/BLS certification
