Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current RN license in the State of Colorado required
- Minimum of two years of relevant nursing experience preferred
- Specialty certification in your area of expertise is highly valued
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required upon hire or within six months
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments following established protocols
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Provide patient and family education and support
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with hospital policies
