An exciting opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with Med/Surg experience to provide high-quality nursing care on the night shift in Carlsbad, NM. Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to med/surg patients during night shifts
• Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to changes
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality care
• Provide patient education and support to promote recovery
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Be available for floating to various units and on-call duties as required

Qualifications:

• Current RN license with at least 2 years of Med/Surg experience
• ACLS and BLS certifications required; PALS preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work night shifts (6:30 p.m. to 7 a.m.)
• Flexibility for floating and on-call assignments
