Schedule:
- Night shift, 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend and every other holiday required
Qualifications:
- Current Massachusetts RN license
- Active BLS certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- Minimum of three years recent experience in Medical-Surgical/Telemetry nursing
- Proficient with Telemetry and Meditech systems
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- Successful completion of a tele test on the first day of orientation
- Up-to-date 2024/2025 flu vaccine prior to starting
- Willingness to float to similar units as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care on a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Assess, monitor, and document patient status and relevant clinical data
- Respond confidently to emergencies and evolving patient needs
- Adhere to established protocols, safety regulations, and hospital policies
- Maintain adaptability in order to float to comparable units, supporting the broader team as required
