Schedule & Hours:
- Night shifts, 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend
- Every other holiday
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts RN License required
- Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
- Minimum of 3 years recent experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing
- Proven ability to utilize telemetry monitoring equipment; Tele test administered on first day of orientation
- Prior experience working with Meditech charting systems
- Previous travel assignment experience required
- 2024/2025 Flu vaccine required prior to start
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients, ensuring patient safety and well-being at all times
- Monitor, assess, and document patient condition and response to treatments using Meditech and telemetry systems
- Adapt to floating assignments within similar units as needed
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Uphold current best practices and protocols to ensure high quality, evidence-based care
