A nursing opportunity is available in Brookville, PA, offering a rewarding contract role in a supportive healthcare environment. This position is ideal for registered nurses with at least one year of experience or recent graduates eager to enhance their clinical skills. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current PA or compact RN license in hand
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience or new graduates welcome
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM)
- Willingness to rotate schedules as needed
- Comfortable working with patient ratios of 1:5 days and 1:7 days with LPN assistance; and 1:6 nights and 1:8 nights with LPN assistance
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols
- Monitor patient conditions and document findings accurately
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members, including LPNs
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during night hours
- Adapt to shift rotations to support staffing needs
