Schedule/Hours:
- Every other weekend and every other holiday coverage required
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of recent med/surg experience
- Strong background in telemetry (must be able to read tele strips)
- EPIC EHR proficiency
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
- NIH Stroke Scale certification required
- Commitment to professional appearance (no artificial or acrylic nails; nails must be kept short)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to med/surg patients requiring telemetry monitoring
- Accurately interpret and respond to telemetry readings
- Collaborate efficiently with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize EPIC for complete, precise documentation
- Maintain strict adherence to facility safety and hygiene policies
