Schedule/Hours:
- Every other weekend (EOW)
- Every other holiday (EOH)
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years of current med/surg experience
- Proficient telemetry experience and ability to read tele strips
- Experience with EPIC electronic medical records
- NIH stroke certification
- Commitment to high standards of infection control (short, natural nails required; no artificial/acrylic nails)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to diverse med/surg patient population
- Interpret and respond effectively to telemetry monitoring
- Accurately document patient information in EPIC
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, adapting to new protocols and approaches
- Prioritize patient safety and uphold evidence-based standards of care
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and colleagues
