As a Registered Nurse in a dynamic medical-surgical setting, you will have the chance to expand your skillset by caring for both inpatient holds and emergency department patients. Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 am 7:30 pm
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend rotation
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to patients in medical-surgical and inpatient hold settings
- Be prepared to support the Emergency Department as needed
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, act quickly on clinical changes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain thorough, accurate patient records in accordance with facility protocols
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active RN license
- Medical-surgical nursing experience required
- Capable of managing varied acuity levels and patient ratios
- Prior experience with ED patients strongly preferred
- Exceptional clinical assessment and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
