Schedule/Hours:

• 7:00 AM 7:30 PM
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend rotation

This role is tailored for Registered Nurses experienced in Medical-Surgical settings and ready to manage varied patient acuity, including those holding for inpatient beds. The fast-paced environment is perfect for those seeking diverse clinical exposuretheres also an opportunity to care for Emergency Department patients, further strengthening your expertise.

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Previous experience in a Medical-Surgical nursing setting
• Inpatient hold experience strongly preferred
• Capacity to care for Emergency Department patients is a plus
• Excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Current BLS certification

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, compassionate care to patients with diverse needs in the inpatient holding and med-surg units
• Monitor and document patient status, responding swiftly to changes in acuity
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based care
• Cross-train and provide coverage for Emergency Department patients as needed
• Maintain detailed, compliant medical records
• Deliver education and support to patients and families

$2,323 - $2,458/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
