Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 pm 7:30 am
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend rotation
Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Active RN licensure in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Med-Surg nursing
- Previous experience handling inpatient holds preferred
- Ability to safely care for patients with fluctuating acuity, including ED cases
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- BLS certification (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and deliver patient-centered care to inpatient hold and Med-Surg populations
- Manage assessments, vital monitoring, and clinical interventions for varying acuity
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient and safe patient transitions
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical best practices
- Support patient education and advocacy
