Responsibilities include delivering comprehensive nursing care during night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, following a 3/2 schedule patternfour shifts one week, three the nextwith overtime available after 48 hours per week. You will manage patient assignments at a 6:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, ensuring attentive and personalized care.
Key Qualifications:
- Current RN license with Med Surg experience
- BLS certification mandatory
- Experience with Cerner electronic health records system
- Permanent residence located at least 50 miles from the facility
- Ability to work the 7p-7a night shift schedule with alternating weekends
