A registered nurse with Medical-Surgical experience is needed for an exciting contract opportunity located in Brandon, MS. This role offers a focused night shift schedule designed to balance work and personal time while providing critical care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients on a medical-surgical unit.
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team promptly.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, adhering to hospital policies.
- Utilize Cerner electronic health record system for documentation and patient data management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current, valid RN license in the state of Mississippi.
- Proven Medical-Surgical nursing experience.
- BLS certification required.
- Experience with Cerner electronic health records is mandatory.
- Able to reside at a permanent address located more than 50 miles from the facility.
Schedule and Contract Details:
- Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with alternating weekends.
- 3/2 split schedule: four shifts one week, three the next, with overtime available after 48 hours weekly.
- Contract duration: 8 weeks.
- Start date: ASAP.
