Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour shifts: 7A-7P or 7P-7A
• Rotating weekends: 5-6 shifts per 6-week cycle
• No on-call requirements
• Major holiday coverage: one shift per holiday group

Broaden your skills by floating between multiple MedSurg/Tele units and collaborating with a dynamic, team-oriented staff. Whether youre a first-time traveler or seasoned pro, this role provides robust supportfeaturing charge nurses, CNAs, PICC teams, and around-the-clock resources like RT, hospitalists, and telemetry monitoring.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license, BLS required
• Minimum 2 years recent Med/Tele RN experience
• ACLS preferred (must pass during onboarding)
• 6+ months EPIC EMR experience required
• Experience with cardiac telemetry, assessment, patient education, and complex medication management (required drips: insulin, heparin, Cardizem, amiodarone, milrinone, Digoxin, nicardipine)
• Strong IV start/maintenance and care coordination capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-focused, evidence-based care to diverse MedSurg/Tele populations
• Monitor/intervene on cardiac rhythms and manage post-surgical, cardiac, and chronically ill patients
• Perform advanced skills including chest tube and trach management, PIV starts, and drip titration per protocol
• Educate and coordinate discharges alongside interdisciplinary teams
• Float to all MedSurg/Tele units and assist in the ED as needed
