Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, compassionate care to adult patients in a fast-paced Medical-Surgical setting
• Conduct patient assessments, administer treatments, and monitor outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for care planning and implementation
• Deliver patient and family education on disease processes and post-discharge needs
• Document care activities with accuracy and detail in electronic medical records
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and infection prevention guidelines

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania (or compact eligible)
• Minimum 1 year recent Med-Surg RN experience
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and communication skills
• Prior travel nursing experience a plus, but not required
