Schedule/Hours:
- Day and night shift opportunities available
- Twelve-hour shifts
- Full-time: 3648 hours per week, based on assignment
Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, effective care to adult patients on a med-surg unit
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse leaders, and interdisciplinary teams
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide patient/family education
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Respond to emergencies and participate in code situations as needed
Qualifications:
- Active RN license, eligible for Nebraska or compact states
- Previous experience in med-surg nursing required
- BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility for both day and night shifts
