Desired Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license
• Minimum one year of recent experience in Medical-Surgical (RN-MS) nursing
• Proven ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Adaptable to new EMR systems and hospital protocols

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, compassionate, and skilled nursing care for med-surg patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment plans
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and manage IVs
• Document care and maintain accurate clinical records
• Educate patients and families on discharge plans and ongoing care needs

$1,936 - $2,048/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
