Schedule/Hours:

• 8-week contract, beginning ASAP
• Guaranteed 48 hours/week
• 12-hour night shifts; no blocked scheduling
• Weekend/holiday rotation (every other required unless approved otherwise)

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, effective patient care in Med/Surg/Tele and ortho/surgical units
• Float between all in-patient areas based on facility needs; provide aid duties as assigned
• Interpret telemetry strips and demonstrate expertise in acute care environments
• Adapt to fast-paced Level II Trauma protocols and handle dynamic patient ratios (1:6)

Qualifications:

• Active KY or Compact RN License
• Current AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS certification; EKG test (to be completed in compliance)
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in specialty with Level I or Level II Trauma experience required
• Charting experience with Care View/EPIC preferred (on-site training available)
• Ability to work resiliently as part of a collaborative, social, and adaptable team
• COVID vaccination required, or approved declination with weekly testing
