Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- 1+ year of recent RN-MS (Medical-Surgical) experience
- BLS certification (additional certifications may be required)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary care and effectively supervise nursing staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coordinated nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with set standards and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Coordinate care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment
- Serve as a role model and mentor for less experienced staff
- Ensure documentation and care delivery meets regulatory and organizational requirements
