Professionally, this travel assignment offers the chance to work in a reputable hospital serving a diverse patient community for over 140 years. You'll expand your experience across Med Surg, Oncology, and Neuro Surgical Recovery units, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and learning from varying leadership styles. With every shift, youll see new workplace practices, further develop your clinical expertise, and enhance your resume with valuable acute care experience.
Schedule/Hours
- Night shift, 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
- 13-week assignment
- 36 or 48 hours per week (must specify on application)
- Every other weekend required
- No call requirements
- Day shift orientation required for night shift travelers
Desired Qualifications
- Active RN license (eligible or licensed in Missouri)
- BLS certification (AHA required)
- 1+ year recent Med Surg experience (inpatient only)
- ACLS and TNCC preferred
- Strong teamwork and patient-first approach
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care for surgical, GI, GU, plastics, and ortho overflow populations
- Coordinate care and collaborate with ancillary departments
- Float as needed based on staffing demands
- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional accountability in all duties
- Adhere to hospital policies, including current vaccination requirements
