A healthcare opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse (RN) with a Master of Science degree, offering a chance to contribute to patient care in a dynamic setting in Austin, Colorado. Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current and active RN license in the State of Colorado.
- Minimum of two years of relevant nursing experience preferred.
- Specialty certification in specific nursing areas is a plus.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at the time of hire.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required upon hire or to be obtained within six months.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide proficient nursing care in accordance with established protocols and patient care standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and facility requirements.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.
