- 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
Qualifications:
- Current RN license
- Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital Med/Surg experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Preferred: CRRN certification, experience with Quality Indicator scoring in post-acute settings
- Experience with or willingness to learn telemetry and Airstrip competency
- ACLS certification is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in a Med/Surg rehab unit (41 beds, patient ratio 1:6)
- Implement rehab care plans as outlined by an interdisciplinary team
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, administer IV medications, draw labs, and perform wound vac dressing changes
- Educate patients and families about care plans and rehabilitation programs
- Serve as a patient advocate and effective communicator within a collaborative environment
